Answer: We are a trial law firm that focuses on cases of inmate medical neglect, police misconduct, and birth injury and wrongful death. We are located in Minneapolis but handle cases nationally.
Q: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Answer: I am an attorney and have been the owner of the Magna Law Firm for 11 years. I have been practicing law for 17 years. I graduated from Maurer School of law in Bloomington Indiana. I have been voted as a Rising Star lawyer several times and was voted a 2021 Super Lawyer.
Q: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer:To fight for the constitutional rights of those whose cry for fairness has too often been silenced in our legal system. Oftentimes, these groups include minorities, the poor, and individuals who have been incarcerated. They are the victims of police brutality. They are the ones who have been unlawfully arrested, or have had their property illegally seized by law enforcement. They are inmates who, even after repeated complaints to correctional staff, have been denied necessary and reasonable medical care, care which should be afforded to every human being no matter their past wrongs.
Q: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs
Answer:Have a vision for your business, make sure you’re passionate about this vision and work hard to make your vision a reality.
Q: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Answer:Hard work, courage, tenacity.

Answer: Faith. Hard work

Answer: Word of mouth. Referrals

Answer: No funding partners. Working capital came from personal resources.

Answer:Find the why/vision for your business, commit to making that vision a reality daily, work hard to achieve it.

Answer: Doing exactly what I am doing now but on a larger scale. Representing individuals whose constitutional rights have been violated nationwide.
