Ans: Global Doc Prep was founded with the sole purpose of providing the essential services needed to navigate, prepare and follow through with the Federal Student Loan Documentation process. Our corporate office is in beautiful downtown Boca Raton, Florida.
Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans: I am a graduate of Miami University, OH where I earned my MBA. My entrepreneurial ventures started as far back as a 7-year-old kid selling lemonade in front of my house on a hot summer day to growing one of the most successful marketing firms in Ohio and everything in between.
Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: Putting my kids through college was a major accomplishment for me. As they graduated with honors from their Ivy League schools the tears of joy just came flowing down my face but also tears of pain as their tuition was astronomical to say the lease. All in all, my hard work paid off and now they are on their way to becoming successful entrepreneurs. I am so proud of them, it was so heartbreaking to hear the stories from my kids about their fellow classmates who are now dealing with paying back their student loans or not paying back because they are unemployed with no means to make payments. Unfortunately, they are not in the position my kids were in as I was able to pay for their school in full so that they would not have to worry about it once they graduated. This is a national epidemic and I felt that I had to do something and guide these unfortunate students to relief with the programs available to them.
Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans: Dream big! Take Risk! Get Started!
Q 5. How important have good employees been to your success?
Ans: Good employees are the back bone of every and any successful business
Q 6. How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Ans: Once you figure out if you are making progress or not and if you are digging a financial hole, usually these are genuine red flags.
Q 7. What motivates you?
Ans: Realization of the progress, Exercise (stress relief), limit your choices in other aspects of life, always make time for yourself and your loved ones, experience the world, financial reward.

Ans: Pride, wonderful community, amazing growth and a visionary atmosphere.
Q 9. How do you generate new ideas?
Ans: I always start with family and get a little help from my friends. I tend to tap my interest, explore new ways of thinking and never give up on my market research.

Ans: Learning something new every day is always success for me, giving back to colleagues, customers, etc.… Building your brand.
Q 11. How do you build a successful customer base?
Ans: The customer is always right, many companies forget the number one rule in business and fool themselves into thinking otherwise.
Q 12. What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
Ans: Creating my own opportunities and destiny while standing up for what I believe in.
Q 13. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Ans: When I had my first returning customer, I know then that I was meant to be here.
What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
I feel that those who work for someone else only sees the immediate effect of their work but the entrepreneur sees the long-term effect of his/her work and both get paid but the employee gets by the boss as the entrepreneur pays his or herself.
Q 14. What kind of culture exists in your organization? How did you establish this tone and why did you institute this particular type of culture?
Ans: Positivity, fostering innovation and creativity while improving the customer journey and ensuring product quality. Establishing this culture was easy anyone with the right frame of mind to be successful would love to part of this movement.
