Ans: In the middle of summer when all the air conditioning units are breaking down, I may work 14 hours a day. Spring and fall are not quite so busy so I catch my breath then.

Ans: Listening to positive people and not the nay sayers. I like to serve others and this job gives me great fulfillment when I help people who are in need, like when it’s 95 degrees outside and their AC goes out when they have young children in the house.

Ans: I really grew it from the ground up all by myself.

Ans: The hardest thing to find is good employees who will work a full day. If I could find more people who acturally wanted to work, I would have grown more already.
