A) Capital City Plumbing & Drain was established in 2010 in Austin, TX. It is a commercial and residential plumbing repair service company. We serve in Austin, Lakeway, Westlake, Liberty Hill, Leander and Lago Vista. Beside residential plumbing we also work on apartment complex, retail stores, restaurants and office buildings. All our plumbers are licensed and insured. We offer 5 point inspection on all service calls and 24/7 emergency service team. Over the last 15+ years, we’ve completed many commercial and residential plumbing projects for happy clients across the area. A) I am Gabe Nieves, a reliable local plumber who homeowners and business owners in Austin and the surrounding area can trust. In 2010, I started Capital City Plumbing & Drain, a commercial and residential plumbing repair service in Austin, TX. My company was awarded with first place in the Best Plumber category for Best of the best” in 2018. With nearly two decades of experience, my crew and I have what it takes to resolve all your plumbing problems.

3 – Q) What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

A) I wanted to utilize my extra ordinary plumbing skills to build something of my own and not work for someone else. I also wanted the financial freedom and manage my own time.

A) 1. Passion & Purpose: Start with a clear purpose and passion for what you do. It will drive you during the tough times and inspire those around you.

A) We are currently optimizing our website to rank higher on search engine platforms and running ads on Yahoo, Running ads on Yahoo contributes the most to our business.

A) Our organization’s funding/capital come from all the revenue that our business generates from all the service calls. Our employees are really hard working people and they make sure to get as many jobs done as they can per day.

A) Keep being honest, charging the right amount to customers for the job and do quality work
