Ans : 360 Medical Waste Solutions, Inc. is located in Riviera Beach, Florida and we service Palm Beach, Martin, Port St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. We provide medical waste disposal and pharmaceutical waste disposal

Q. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Ans : My Name is Dwight Saxon I was a paid professional firefighter for 20 years with Palm Beach County, Florida and I started a company Saxon Archives part time in 1995 we provided document storage for companies by bar-coding and tracking and delivering when they needed the file, expanded into document shredding in 1999, and document scanning in 2008 we added medical waste disposal in 2014. I sole the document storage, shredding, scanning business June 1st 2016, We kept the medical waste division and re named it 360 Medical Waste Solutions..

Q. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans : I have always been interested in business and I have owned serval business over the years even while I was a full time firefighter. I always did research on the business I wanted to start, a business plan and always checked out the competition.

Q. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Ans : Patients, listing to your employees and do not be afraid to make a decision.

Q. How many hours do you work a day on average?

Ans : 8- 12 hours day in the startup then as I grow I find my management team to put in place and work 3 -5 hours a day and just over see the operation’s. You have to put trust in your team and let them run with it, just stay on top of what is going on.

Q. To what do you most attribute your success?

Ans : The support of my wife and family as well as my employees. The employees are my company.

Q. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Ans : Cold calling in the beginning, networking and then SEO.

Q. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?

Ans : I started with no money my kids were in college and i just built the company by cold calling and networking in the beginning and the added the phone book when it was still around. When I sold the company I had 15 employees and a 30,000 square foot warehouse.

Q. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

Ans : My goal is to grow the medical waste disposal business and expand into other markets.

Q. Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?

Ans : Citi-Storage out of New York it is a Document Storage Company that became the largest privately owned in the US.
