Questions: Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

Answer: Vitality Telehealth strives to keep you at your best by providing comprehensive weight loss management, hormone replacement therapy using bio-identical hormone replacement treatments for women and testosterone replacement treatments for men, and peptide therapy for anti-aging. Through online video consultations that are convenient and confidential, I focus on your personalized wellness and compassionate care that treats you like family.

Questions: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Answer: After five years of working as an intensive critical care and emergency room Registered Nurse, I returned to graduate school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice. I am a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is enthusiastic about helping my patients be their best. I have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit.

I have several examples of my creative and entrepreneurial spirit. For example, since starting my career as an APRN I have written, developed, and launched the first Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree while working as a primary care provider and teaching for Henderson State University (HSU) in Arkadelphia, AR. The HSU MSN degree is fully online and includes a Family Nurse Practitioner option. In addition, I attended Leadership Clark County in Arkadelphia, AR and along with other business and community leaders we developed and executed Barkadelphia which is the city’s first ever dog park. Next, I have become the expert in hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, weight loss treatment and management, and peptide therapy while working as a primary care provider. Also, I have a micro-farm, Legends Farm, which consists of registered Kiko goats and registered miniature donkeys which we breed and sell. While these are wonderful achievements, my major achievements are in the relationships I have built with my patients and helping them reach their goals, feel better and improve their quality of life.

Questions: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Answer: The inspiration for Vitality Telehealth was to reach more people who, like me, do not have the time to sit in a waiting room for several hours for a 15-minute visit and have their symptoms dismissed as just getting old. To listen and provide treatment for my female patient’s needs to have relief from perimenopause and menopausal symptoms when so many women have been told it is just part of getting old and must live with the miserable symptoms. To help my male patients regain their energy and vigor for life through testosterone replacement therapy and break free from the stigma with symptoms of low testosterone. To improve the quality of life for my patients who are aging and start living again with peptide therapy.
