Ans. Marketing Wiz was first established in 2015 and we have been growing since. We are located in the central of Parramatta however we have clients across Australia.

Ans. Our managing director is Jimmy Kien that has years of experience in the digital world. Everyday is a learning process to help and educate his staff and clients.

Q.3 What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans. Jimmy Kien used to run a small business over 10 years ago and he has found some difficult challenges especially with digital and traditional marketing. The main questions was “what is best marketing strategy for my business?”. He has invested in tradeshow/expo, charity events, facebook ads, google ads from another digital marketing agency and it didn’t get the ROI that everyone has promised. This has given a bad taste of marketing for him. Dispute the bad taste of digital marketing, he has seen companies and businesses out there that has taken advantage of this platform and has seen results so he decided to study the art of digital marketing. Ans. Its all depending on your business and who you are trying to target. Basically for a small business – long term will be SEO and short term will be Facebook ads.

Ans. I was working full time to help fund the business at the same time I was studying.

Ans. I have stick to most of my ideas and never giving up on any however I have recalculate many ideas regarding the risk factor and did not continue it.
