Q 1. Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business?
Ans: Our company provides a no-hassle way to sell your property for cash and on your timeline. We operate primarily in Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties. Our business is located just south of Sarasota in neighboring Nokomis.
Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description
Ans: I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Coastal Carolina University. In 2012 I purchased a house to renovate and that was the start of my real estate investment business. A major accomplishment for me was in 2017 buying my 100th house. I am most proud of our charity program. We contribute $500 from each purchase that they put to use helping others.
Q 3. How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: In 2011 I started a carpet cleaning business that I had no passion for and was beginning to realize was a complete mistake. I was searching for something else when I came across a seminar for a company that sells investment properties.
Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans: Don’t be afraid to fail. Failure creates growth.
Eliminate the distractions and give 100% focus each day to your most important items.
Don’t go at it alone. Create systems and bring on team members
Q 5. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Q 6. How many hours do you work a day on average?
Ans: Currently about 10 hours per day M-F.

Q 8. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Ans: Online has been most successful. We market online through PPC and SEO optimization. We also mail direct mail marketing to potential customers.
Q 9. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Ans: To achieve long term success, you have to build a business that can function without you. Your business must be quickly adapting to new technology and changes.
Q 10. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans: Within 5 years our business will have spread into additional Florida markets. I plan on selling the business at the 5-7 year mark.

Ans: It’s huge. You are only as good as the people you surround yourself with.
Q 13. How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Ans: I continually evaluate an idea as it progresses and will pull the plug if I find it isn’t working or discover a better option

Ans: Providing a great life for my family.

Ans: I listen to podcasts and read books by people that have a life I want.

Ans: To me success is a combination of having good health, a good marriage, business, and family life.

Ans: The ability to make your own decisions.

Ans: The most satisfying moment in my business was completing the sale on the first house I had renovated.

Ans: It’s given me much more freedom and allowed me to spend a lot of time with my two young boys.
