- My name is Dexter Brown. I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and am married to my wife Lauren. We have 2 dogs and enjoy spending time with friends and being outdoors. I started my career in the construction world before seeing a diar need for high level service in the roll-off industry.
- What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
- While working for Ideal Homes in Oklahoma City I saw the frustration that our superintendents had to go through with all roll-off dumpster companies. I knew this was a service that could be provided at a high level and take the headache away from the partners we would work with.

- Treat your clients like true partners. Treat your employees like family. Always remember that clarity is kindness.
