Answer: Our locksmith office for Yuba Lock is located in Yuba City, CA. We provide a comprehensive range of residential, auto, commercial and government locksmith services. We can pretty much do it all. We also have the following two offices: Yuba Lock & Safe in Grass Valley, CA and Folsom Lock & Security in Folsom, CA.

Answer: Robert Nichols is the CEO and owner along with his wife Kari Nichols. Robert’s locksmithing career spanning two decades. Robert has established and managed locksmith companies across various states and cities, accumulating extenisve industry experience.
Questions: What inspired you to start this business or get into this industry? Or to make significant changes in an existing business? How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer: I had family in the industry and grew up around it, which sparked my interest in the locksmith industry.
Questions: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Answer: Go after significant jobs and contracts, besides the small jobs and contracts. The small jobs, helping your regular customers, is the backbone of the being a locksmith and I enjoy that part. But at the same time pursue big contracts. Also, uphold excellent customer service standards to foster growth through referrals.

Answer: Unwavering commitment, a relentless customer focus, and a strong work ethic.

Answer: On average, I work 11 hours a day.

Answer: Our marketing approach encompasses word-of-mouth referrals, collaboration with an online marketing agency, and proactive cold calling.
Questions: Where did your organization’s funding/capital come from (yourself, investors)? How did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Answer: The initial capital came from myself and a partner.

Answer: Continuous expansion of our customer base is key to ensuring sustained success while avoiding complacency.

Answer: We currently have 3 store fronts across the Sacramento region and surrounding counties. We are looking to keep expanding at a smart pace that allows us to keep our standards of service.
