Ans: JDiaz is a full-service digital agency. We handle everything from unique logo design, to web design and even full software applications. Our headquarter is located in Phoenix, AZ but we have staff members all over the US and Mexico.
Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans: I’m an entrepreneur with a passion for Marketing, Software and Business. Throughout my entrepreneurial career I’ve had the opportunity to work with numerous big-name brands, school districts and well known TV personalities and influencers. Now with a heavy focus on design and software development, I’ proud to say that with a team of 20, we’ve been able to help over 500 businesses over the past few years.
Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: My inspiration came from observing my dad. My dad managed to build a full used-car dealership from scratch in a matter of 3 years. He started off buying one car, fixing it and utilizing the profits to purchase more inventory. Today, his dealership holds over 50 cars and he owns the land where the business resides.
Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans: DELEGATE, stop trying to do it all.
The best investment you can make is on your team.
Don’t do it for the money alone, aim to change peoples lives for the better.
Q 5. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans: Ambition/Drive
Being able to adapt
Having a high level of resilience
Q 6. How many hours do you work a day on average?
Ans: I used to work 16+ hours a day, but luckily with a team, my average work day is between 6-8 hours.
Q 7. To what do you most attribute your success?
Ans: Being able to see the bigger vision and not letting the small things slow down my
momentum.
Q 8. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful
form of marketing?
Ans: Building relationships/partnerships with others. It’s much easier to close a sale when you are being referred to the client before you even talk to them.
Q 9. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans: JDiaz has been 100% bootstrapped.
Q 10. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Ans: Take care of your team and they will take care of you.
Q 11. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans: I see us owning a large building in Phoenix working in cool projects.
Q 12. Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?
Ans: One company I truly admire is a past client of ours, Let’s Knot and Say We Did. Rich and Shelby (owners of the company) are the most genuine people we have ever worked with. They were able to scale their company from nothing to millions a year and I got to experience that growth first hand.
Q 13. How important have good employees been to your success?
Ans: I would NOT be where I am without them. I owe it all to them.
Q 14. How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Ans: I usually pivot relatively quick. I don’t like spending time on things that don’t grab immediate interest from potential clients.

Ans: What motivates me the most is knowing that the bigger JDiaz grows, the more lives I am able to impact.

Ans: Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

Ans: I usually come up with more ideas by looking out for what people complain the most about their business on social media. I then create a solution for it.

Ans: Being able to truly impact the ones around you.

Ans: The freedom to do what you please.

Ans: Do things with intent. In other words, be human.
