Answer: My name is Amir Nenaa I am the owner of Alpha Med Marketing, we are located in Hyattsvile Maryland . In our agency we help Med Spas to build their online presence through helping with mastering their SEO tactics.
Question: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Answer: My background is originally in pharmacy, graduated back in 2007, from pharmacy School I worked as pharmacist in Egypt and I interned for pharmacy in the united states stuttered my entrepreneurial journey as jr copywriter, as freelance email copywriter then I switched to SEO blogs copywriter after client needed help with building his business ranking with search engines, after while I decided to start my agency Alpha Med marketing
Question: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer: The Idea of starting my agency tarted when I first got into 5 day challenge online “freedom change” about how to get more freedom in your life, it opened my eye how being an agency will provide more services to my clients and in same time help me to grow as entrepreneur. It required me to shift my freelancer mindset, to business owner way of thinking and also required additional knowledge which I learned and still learning along the way.
Question: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Answer:
1-Always prioritize your time towards actions that help you provide the best services to your clients
2-when you have choice to make don’t overthink taking the decision, overthinking will paralyze your business
3-always and alway keep learning no one knew everything about their industries and with speed technology advances ability to learn is always the best skill entrepreneur will have

Answer: Around 8-10 hours daily

Answer: The ability to contentiously learn thanks to internet
Question: How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Answer: Me and my team use several tactics includes social media advertising , SEO and some emails and I would say set advertising is most successful method we got so far after the referral we get from out clients but I would say each method has its own benefit and when we combined them together it helped us to reach out more to larger clients
Question: Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Answer: My agency was originally funded through loans and also I used some of my saving I had to start the business

Answer: The best way to achieve long-term success is to have a vision and keep grinding till you achieve it

Answer: My plans in 5 years for me and my business is to start agency coaching business along with my agency to help other agency owner achiever their goals as I achieved mine

Answer: Having a good employee is essential to agency as our job is a result form teamwork

Answer: In the beginning of my journey I used to give up on ideas within couple of months which costed my business a lot but now I stick to my idea till it become reality

Answer: Seeking success is main motivation and I keep fueling it by setting goals and keep working to achieve them

Answer: I keep a small notebook with me and write in it any ideas I get while working and number them when ever I face issue that require new idea I review ideas in this notebook, if I find a solution to my issue it will be great if not going through those ideas help me to generate a solution to the issue

Answer: Success is achieving life where I do and work what I want and allow me to Answer:achieve my goals and ideas

Answer: Building customer base is continuous process that include, reaching out in regular basis to your prospects not to spam them but to add value to them that helps them to solve a problem and prevent a problem from happening. When this happen those leads they always love to connect with you to hire you for more services, you keep them by always adding the same value you put in advance

Answer: Mainly ability to create goals and achieve them, adding having ability to set my own schedule

Answer: The most satisfying moment is when I get a call or receive email from happy client thanking me about how my agency helped his/her businesses improve their online presence and resulting in increasing their client base
