Ans: My name is Mo Saleh the owner of Phone Repair and More in Zephyrhills, Florida. We fix iPhones, iPads, Tablets, Androids, computers, Samsungs, and much more. In addition to selling iPhones, Samsung phones, iPads, and plenty more electronic devices. We are also in the process of opening a new store in Tampa, Florida that should be open in the month of February, 2020.

Ans: As a business owner we understand the importance of customer service and have always enjoyed fixing gadgets. That is why we opened Phone Repair and More. Now we are in the process of building a brand with our name. Running this business has been a great accomplishment.
Q3: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: The idea of starting the business was based on our knowledge fixing gadgets. Now the store is operating efficiently and we are in the process of opening a second store to serve more customers.

Ans: Confidence, perseverance, and dedication are extremely important to being a successful entrepreneur.

Ans: 50 hours a week on average.

Ans: Self confidence and the ability to work hard no matter the circumstances.
Q7: How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Ans: We are ranked number on Google for multiple keywords including iPhone repair Zephyrhills and much more. SEO is the best marketing strategy for our business. We also did pay per click ads when we first opened.

Ans: That is personal and not something we feel comfortable discussing. Most people raise funds from their family or make a personal investment. For us we would rather not say.
