Question: Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.
Answer: Killebrew and Company Realty originated in Neptune Beach in 2005. We are a full service real estate firm with a focus on representing sellers in the Jacksonville and surrounding area market. With over 1,000 successful transactions, we offer decades of experience, top tier marketing and intimate market knowledge.
Question: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Answer: As a Jacksonville native I’ve witnessed many changes to our area. I began my real estate journey as a highly successful mortgage broker in the ‘90s, helping for sale by owners. It quickly dawned on me the power and the value that a realtor brings to the sale and buying process. I was determined to get the education and licensure necessary to be the best real estate agent possible. After working with several large, local firms and winning top sales awards on a regular basis, starting my own firm only seemed natural. Large firms had a focus on the bottom line and monetizing clients. My focus would be different; take care of the client, facilitate the transaction, promote the property above myself. This has worked very well for all of my clients.
