Question: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer: My husband was stationed on a ship in San Diego California. He was tasked to design an organizational shirt for a military ship as a morale booster. He came home and asked me to help him design a shirt because as a hobby I enjoyed graphic design.

Answer: North Carolina Stairs and Rails because the owners come from a blue-collar background, built their business without any help, and success came solely from hard work.

Answer: Being a parent of military children. It’s all about my kids. I want them to see what hard work can get them in life.
