A. At Innate Dental Solutions, our mission is to enhance your quality of life with a smile you can be proud to show. Innate Dental Solutions: Bringing you excellent dental care by bridging the gap between dental procedures and medical insurance. We operate in Plano, TX.
Q. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
A. I have founded multiple medical networks during my career aside from Innate Dental Solutions, I am also the founder and director of Texas Pain Network, specializing in pain management.
Q. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
A. I honestly have an inclination for helping people. Putting a smile on someone’s face – be it a loved one, friend or even a stranger – is one of the most satisfying experiences we have. And being able to respond to those around you in a manner that shows your engagement, approval and affection is crucial for effective and empathetic communication.
Q. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
A. Set your goals high, get a great mentor (someone who has walked the path), work hard every single day.
Q. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
A. The top three skills needed to be an entrepreneur are to not be afraid of failing, don’t back down from challenges, and ask for help when you need it.
Q. How many hours do you work a day on average?
A. I work probably 60 hours a week.
Q. To what do you most attribute your success?
A. I attribute most of my success to my family, without them, I wouldn’t have the drive to accomplish everything I do. It’s all for my loved ones.

Q. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
A. I saved all of my money from previous ventures to be able to reinvest in this business.
Q. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
A. The best way to achieve long-term success is to set small goals and achieve them little by little until you reach your long term goals.
Q. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
A. I see myself in the same position in 5-10 years, working towards a better future for my family, while helping anybody that I can along the way.
