Ans : Cuba Travel trips is a Travel and Tour Agency that offers travel packages for Americans wanting to learn and visit Cuba for cultural purposes. We are located in Miami, FL and Coral Gables, FL
Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans : I have a masters in economics and always wanted more from life then a 9 to 5 job. It has been a very awesome experience to part of this industry.
Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans : It was actually all on a whim. Some of my colleagues where discussing what would be great to do and we spoke about travel and specifically Cuba. I wanted to do something totally out of the box and new and this is what we came up with a travel/tour agency that enables you to live like the locals without actually living there.
Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans : I would say having integrity, persistency and dedication in everything you do.
Q 5. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans : Top 3 skills to be successful is to become digital. More and more we see marketing shifting towards technology. However, creativity is extremely important to stay ahead of the competition in conjunction with technology and a passion for what you do.

Ans : I would estimate around 16 hours a day heheh

Ans : I attribute my success to my environment. I was lucky to have the things I have because of everything around me. I would say I am pretty smart so you can probably put that in to.
Q 8. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Ans : Marketing or advertising? Well I believe branding is the most important aspect of any company. The most important form of marketing would be Word of mouth & referrals.
Q 9. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans : It wasn’t easy – just kept knocking down door until people listened and it happened

Ans : Long term success is building your relationship with your customers. I cannot stress how important it is to keep your customers coming back for more.

Ans : Good employees is critical to the success of your overall corporate infrastructure having talented people with the required set of skills can help you propel even further.
Q 12. How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Ans : Never give up! Pursue your dreams and live your road to it and you will surely get there.

Ans : My motivation is the future, I envision companies and the way I would like them. I really itch at the feeling of creating them

Ans : Go outside, laydown in the grass and just look at the sky

Ans : Success is measured by what you believe to achieve. Once you get there you will know – it’s an overwhelming feeling

Ans : Well, I believe everyone should be their own business at one point in time. However, you need the experience before you can dive off on your own.

Ans : Cuban culture for sure because that’s what we are all about.
