Ans: Voiswitch is IP Telephony and High speed internet for Canadian Businesses and we are all about the support and making sure that businesses have minimal interruptions to their phone services, it is our key goal. We operate out of our office on Yonge st in Toronto.
Q2: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educationalor entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans: I grew up in Montreal and always had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was young and tried many different businesses until I moved to Toronto and eventually got into Telecom, which I quickly found I have a great passion for and can’t imagine doing anything else.
Q3: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in anexisting business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: I used to work for a very successful businessman who owned multiple businesses and take care of his Websites, Digital marketing and phone lines for all of his businesses, he would spend any where from $4000-$6000 per month on his telecom services with one of the big guys, Iquickly realized I could setup my own infrastructure and connect it to wholesale carriers and offer him a better service with more features for only $600 and still make a small profit. I had so much fun with the process that I decided to help a few other friends of mine who owned their own businesses, all of the sudden I was getting so many referrals that it became a full time job for me very quickly.

Ans: Don’t give up,Don’t give up and Don’t give up!
Q5: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans: A lot of hard work, consistency and some luck

Ans: I work 14-18 hours per day 7 days aweek, with the occasional day off

Ans: Hard work
Q8: How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successfulform of marketing?
Ans: We market our company in different ways, however the bestmarketing method has to be word of mouth.

Ans: Lots of hard work and subscription billing

Ans: In 5-10 years I see the company expanding in the the USA market

Ans: I have always sad mired Google as a company, they were always my idol. I think what Sergey Brin and Larry Page created and their story is just amazing.

Ans: A great and coordinated team is the main recipe for success, without the right team it is very hard to grow.

Ans: Would really depend on the idea.

Ans: My new ideas come from many different places, I could be anywhere and see something and get inspired with a new idea

Ans: I believe to build a successful customer base requires attention to detail for every client and to do your best to never let them down.

Ans: Not having a boss (except my wife)

Ans: I have had many satisfying moments, so very hard to just choose one

Ans: Entrepreneurs are not afraid to risk it all and bet it all on red
Q21: If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Ans: I would have gotten into Telecom much sooner
Q22: How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Ans: Being an entrepreneur does affect my family life sometimes, for example if a client has an emergency or there is something else that requires my immediate attention, I have to drop everything and take care of it, However I always aim to work from home at least 2-3 days a week to be a bleto spend some of that time with my family.
Q23: Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a success full entrepreneur?
Ans: Yes there is for sure, hard work, consistency and some luck.
Q24: How can you prevent mistakes or do damage control?
Ans: It’s impossible to prevent mistakes100% of the time, the best thing you can do is learn from them and create new system sand policies to prevent them in the future.
