1) Q – Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

Answer: Mission is a New Jersey based full service site management company specializing in commercial snow removal.

2) Q – Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Answer: Charles Ehrmann, president of Mission Site Management, founded an organic recycling company in 2008. Through best business practices and a solid reputation it became one of northern New Jersey’s largest and well respected recycling firms. In 2018, this company was sold in order to pursue other business ventures.

3) Q – hat inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Answer: I have observed a rapid expansion of industrial properties which presented an opportunity for growth within the snow removal division of my company

Answer: My parent’s entrepreneurial spirit growing up

Answer: Through decades of industry experience I have found the key to marketing our business is trusted professional relationship. We are now growing and adapting to the marketplace by building an online presence.

Answer: I have found long term success comes through developing new and innovative ways to improve my services, meet customer demands and maintain a good reputation.

Answer: Good employees are the foundation of business success and customer satisfaction.

Answer: I never give up

Answer: Watching a well thought out business plan develop successfully

Answer: I was able to build from scratch an organic recycling company that I later sold to the largest recycling firm in the tri state area
