Ans: Hacienda Stone And Flooring is a full service interior /residential remodeler. We are located in Gilbert Az. Been a corporation since 2004.

Ans: I Have a college education, graduated with a B/S in Business.

Q. : What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: My desire to work for myself help me in starting my own business. My idea for starting my business came about by me doing many things on my own home, then having neighbors and friends ask about who did this for me .

Q. : What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans: Study your competition, look at the market in which you want to enter.

Q. : What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans: Determination, never give up attitude, and most of all like what you do.

Q. : How many hours do you work a day on average?
Ans: I work on average 12 to 14 hrs.

Ans: Patience is key, and striving to be the best.

Q. : How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Ans: Right now I think the most effective way to advertise is digital, we have had success in the past with print adds.

Q. : Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans: All funding came from personal savings, if you have a idea that can give you a good GP it’s easy to find investors.

Q. : What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Ans: Creating your business like a machine that can run itself with key employees in place.

Q. : Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans: I see myself semi retired, but the business still producing.

Ans: Good employees is key to your success as a business.

Ans: I have a tendency to stick with ideas to long before I give in.

Ans: Happy clients motivate me.

Ans: My ideals are always customer satisfaction.

Ans: I go online check out the industry.

Ans: I define success, by having happy employees and customers.

Ans: I like the fact that I can be creative in all aspects of the business.

Ans: I believe the biggest difference is willing to take chances.
