Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Ans: I was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan in the Groesbeck neighborhood. My mother, father and all 3 of my brothers have all been entrepreneurs. I have two beautiful children, Julianna ,13 years old and Chad Jr., 5 years old. At the age of 11 years old, I started mowing, raking and shoveling for the homes in my area. I have had businesses selling products like shoes, purses, wallets and even had my own men’s ties collection called Global Game Changers. I then decided to go to school for information Technology to become a certified IT professional and that’s when I began to see all the opportunity before me to use my new knowledge to help others.

Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans: After graduating as a certified IT professional, I noticed all the opportunity before me so I started my own company called 1st Class Computer Solutions and which was changed to Reap Technologies shortly after opening. I just saw the tremendous need while doing volunteer repairs in my local community and saw an opportunity to help people and make a living from it. The business stayed active with a forward momentum for about 3 years until I tabled the business to focus on personal growth. With the years passing and an ever growing passion for the digital marketing space, I saw that small businesses desperately needed assistance or a strategic partnership to navigate the ever changing digital marketing demand to stay relevant. Out of that was born what we now know as Creative Partner (Passionate about small business success).
