Ans: Biz4loans is a premiere commercial mortgage brokerage and lending industry leader. Our company specializes in assisting business owners and entrepreneurs to locate and obtain the right financing or loans to suit their company’s needs.
We not only help good businesses, we help the good people that own and operate them. Whether it is a business owner that is experiencing financial hardships or an aspiring entrepreneur that needs capital for their business start-up, we keep our borrower’s best interests in mind throughout the lending process. Granted, credit histories and financial statements are important for evaluating your business. However it is the character of that business that helps us to develop success relationships.

Q. 2 Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans: I have served in the Indian Army as a Major for 18 Years undertaking various leadership roles.
After having retired from the Army I and my family took a leap of faith and moved to California. It is not easy to start afresh and that too in a new country, however with the local support I started from scratch and have built this business from strength to strength. It has been over ten years now that I have been helping people achieve their dreams of funding their business.
Q. 3 What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: I decided to start this business when I realized how difficult it was to get a Loan from the bank to fund a new business. The paperwork can overwhelm anyone and give them sleepless nights. What people want is someone who will help them from start to end i.e. help right from filing an application to following up on the loan approval.

Ans: Whenever I meet someone who wants to start her/his business, I remember the advice my father gave me and ensure I share it with anyone who is willing to take advice.

Perseverance – this is one skill I believe that will make the difference. There will be times when you will be down and out, how fast you pick yourself up and start afresh will make a huge difference.
Passionate about your Business – You have to be passionate about what you do, if you love what you do working day and night to make your business succeed will not feel like a burden.
Networking – Nothing works like networking. Networking can get any job done from hiring the right person to providing help when required. While networking keep in mind not be selfish, also learn to help people.

Ans: For me every dollar counts, every dollar that I spend on my marketing budget needs to pay off. I have researched my target market in depth and hence am able to focus the marketing efforts towards my niche clients. Another thing that we need to do is study our competitors marketing strategy.
The most successful form of marketing in the current scenario is digital marketing. Digital marketing is a very dynamic form of marketing, with new trends emerging every day. The reach digital marketing has is unimaginable.

Ans: The best way to achieve long term success is by being persistent and consistent in your efforts. Don’t give up ,if you fall down get up dust yourself and go again.
