Ans -: Bee All Natural was founded in 2009 when Rachel Nonis could not find the quality skincare products that felt best for her skin. Tired of buying “natural” products that ultimately were petroleum-based and filled with preservatives and perfumes, she set-out to develop skincare solutions that would be safe and affordable for every member of her family to use and friendly to the environment.

Raised in Michigan as the daughter of a proud and hard-working organic dairy farmer, Rachel was saw the connection between diet and health at an early age. Working independently, Rachel researched, tested and developed each of her products from start to completion. Q. 32 – How can you prevent mistakes or do damage control?

Ans -: To have a relentless focus on quality, that is so important. If an error does occur, we need to stop production immediately, correct the problem so it doesn’t happen again then and move on. If a direct customer issue comes in, it is personally addressed and is done so swiftly with corrective measures. As the saying goes, it takes years to gain a customer but seconds to lose one.
