Ans: Beginning with the ITT Community Development Corporation in the 1970’s, Palm Coast Real Estate’s management team and many of our agents have decades of experience on Florida’s Northeast Coast. Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans: Broker/Owner Chuck Shaffer began his real estate career in Palm Coast with ITT in 1983 and has been instrumental in the sale of land and homes ever since. When Lowe Enterprises purchased the remaining assets from ITT in 1995, Chuck was named Sales Manager/Vice President of Palm Coast Real Estate. Over the past 30+ years, he has overseen and supervised the sales staff and construction of several new home developments and was in charge of the marketing and sales for several national builders. In February 2013, Chuck purchased the company from Lowe Enterprises and continues to maintain strong ties to the new home construction industry as well as all phases of general real estate including listing properties for sale and rent and the purchase and rental management of homes.
Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: After working in the real estate and development industry for 30 years the opportunity presented itself to purchase the company and go into business for myself.

Ans: No financing was needed

Ans: I am quite content with the current volume and number of sales agent. It is my goal to maintain this over the next 5-10 years
