Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: It can be difficult to make ends meet with only 2 household incomes. We found Herbalife to be the most reliable company, as they been in business for over 30 years. The cost to join as distributors wasn’t a large investment and the money back guarantee made the decision to start.

Ans: The life line of any business is it’s ability to acquire new business. So, in the evaluation process, is there a market for the products or services? Can you penetrate that market? And can you make a living on new business as well as repeat business?
Q 5.What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans: Sales, marketing and collaboration. Understanding the sales process, designing one and deploying it is a top priority. Then match it with your marketing efforts and test to see how successful it is.
Collaborate with other entrepreneurs, business owners, professional to ask questions. Good sound advice can come from anywhere.

Ans: 8 hours a day on average, including Saturday and Sunday. The beauty of owning your own business is that your not restricted to the 9 to 5 hours and far away from home.
Q 7.To what do you most attribute your success?
Ans: New business acquisition. Our ability to get in front of the right people, at the right time, when they’re ready to buy. Customers that have bought or worked with us in the past are great, but our business grows with new customers. This focus has allowed us to succeed.
Q 8.How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Ans: Website marketing has been extremely successful. Once you know your customers, building a website that guides them to what their looking for is key to helping them make purchasing decisions.
Q 9. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans: We built from the ground up using profits to fund the business. We didn’t have any overhead so no capital was need outside of low startup cost.

Ans: Find something that works, like marketing or sales, and find others ways to make that work for you.
Q 11.Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?
Ans: Any online advertising agency selling digital advertising. Digital advertising is incredibly effective in reaching new customers, it’s hard to help a business owner jump on board. However, they won’t live with out it once they have it.
Q 12. How do you generate new ideas?
Ans: I follow experts in my industry, listen to podcast and read blogs. When I learn something new that my customers can benefit from, I write about what I learned to use in marketing or social media.
Q 13.What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
Ans: As an entrepreneur, you care about the business and us all your mental resources to make it work. As an employee, you do your work, collect a paycheck and go home.
Q 14.If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Ans: Nothing, life is a journey as well as business. I have learned things in business that no schooling, job or mentor would be able to teach.

Ans: My work revolves around life schedule. I don’t have to ask for permission to take time off or schedule vacation. I have the freedom to be in my kids life as I earn a decent income.
