Ans- PRO Recovery and Therapy is a women-owned and operated mental health and substance use facility located in Woodbury, MN. We provide addiction treatment and individual mental health therapy in an outpatient setting.
Q.2 Provide a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans- We are 245g licensed in the State of Minnesota to provide Intensive Outpatient Treatment for addiction. We both are Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors. Lauren is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
Q.3 What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans- Client-centered services are important to both of us. We discovered that individualized care was hard to come by. This inspired us to start PRO.

Ans- Patience. Open-mindedness. Perseverance.

Ans- Communication skills. Leadership. Time management.

Ans- Patience and determination.
Q.8 How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Ans- So far, we have focused on coordinating with other clinics in the area who do not provide the same services. Word of mouth has been very effective for us as well.
Q.9 Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans- We did not use investors. PRO was self-funded.

Ans- Perseverance.

Ans- More clinicians and possibly more locations.

Ans- We are inspired by small businesses in general. We know how difficult it is to start a business from the ground up.

Ans- We have been very fortunate to have found the contractor therapists on our staff.

Ans- Obtaining the insurance contracts and our 245g contract. These were a lot of work to obtain and felt like a big hurdle we surpassed.
