Q 1. Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

Ans: AA Driver Training Center (https://www.dtadirect.com/) is the leading TLC course provider in the industry, offering comprehensive TLC education: TLC 24-hour class, WAV training and DDC classes. Our courses are presented by experienced instructors. In addition, we are TLC-approved and offer the TLC Driver License Renewal Course, which is required for all TLC-licensed drivers starting January 1, 2022. Currently, we have two locations (1) 420 42nd street Brooklyn, NY and (2) 143-28 41st Ave Flushing, NY.

Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Ans: I am an entrepreneur with a degree in Business Administration and a background in marketing. I have been running my own business for the past 10 years, specializing in offering high-quality TLC 24-hour course, WAV course and TLC Renew course to help people get new TLC driver licenses or renew their TLC licenses.

Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans: The idea for this business came about from a combination of personal motivations, market research, and self-confidence. I wanted to use our professional knowledge and skills to create a business structure and monetize it. I also wanted to use my business as a vehicle to help people to get their TLC licenses and transition into the industry.

Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Ans: 1. Follow your passion first and the money will follow. Focus on your goals and don’t get distracted by other opportunities.

Ans: 1. Leadership: the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve a common goal.

Ans: To market our business, we use a variety of methods including online advertising, social media marketing, search engine optimization, email campaigns, and referral programs. Ans: My greatest fear is failure. To manage fear, I focus on the process and the positive outcomes that can come from it. I also remind myself that failure is not permanent and that I can learn from it and use it as an opportunity for growth. Additionally, I try to focus on the present moment and practice self-care to keep my mind and body healthy.

Ans: When deciding on the location for my business, I considered a variety of factors such as the local market, accessibility, and cost. I also looked at the local infrastructure and the availability of resources that would be beneficial for my business. Additionally, I considered the local regulations and taxes that would be applicable to my business.

Ans: Successful entrepreneurship requires hard work, dedication, and the willingness to take risks. It also involves having a clear understanding of the market and the customer base. Additionally, having a strong business plan and the ability to adapt to changing conditions are essential. Finally, networking and having a good team of people to support you are also important.

Q 30. If you could talk to one person from history, who would it be and why?

Ans: If I could talk to one person from history, it would be Mahatma Gandhi. He was a leader and an inspiration to millions of people around the world. His message of peace, non-violence, and justice has been an inspiration to many and his teachings are still relevant today. I would love to hear his thoughts on the current state of the world and how he would have tackled the challenges we face today.

Q 31. Who has been your greatest inspiration?

Ans: My greatest inspiration has been my parents. They have always been there for me, guiding me, encouraging me, and pushing me to be the best version of myself. They have taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and determination. They have shown me that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and never give up. They are my biggest supporters and have always been my biggest source of motivation.

Q 32. What book has inspired you the most? (OR what is your favorite book?)

Ans: My favorite book is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. It is a story about a shepherd boy who embarks on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The book has taught me the importance of following my dreams and never giving up, no matter how difficult the journey may be. It has also shown me that life is full of surprises and that sometimes, we just need to take a leap of faith and trust that everything will work out in the end.

Q 33. What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?

Ans: One of my biggest mistakes was not trusting my instincts. I often second-guessed myself and doubted my decisions, which held me back from achieving my goals. I also made the mistake of not prioritizing my health and wellbeing, which led to burnout. I have since learned to listen to my intuition and take care of myself first and foremost.

Ans: To prevent mistakes, I focus on being mindful and present in the moment. I take the time to consider all of my options and the potential consequences of my decisions. When I do make mistakes, I take responsibility for them and focus on how I can learn from them. Damage control usually involves apologizing and taking corrective action. I also try to communicate openly and honestly with those affected by my mistakes.

Q 35. What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

Ans: My hobbies include reading, cooking, hiking, and playing board games. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family. During my non-work time, I like to explore new places, take up new hobbies, and spend time outdoors. I also like to relax and watch movies or listen to music.

Ans: What makes me happy is spending quality time with loved ones, exploring new places, and pursuing new hobbies. I also find joy in helping others and making a positive impact in the world.
