Ans : I went to the University at Buffalo on scholarship for track and field. I obtained my bachelors in exercise science here. Q. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans : It has always been the plan since graduating school. Chiropractic school does NOT prepare you to run an efficient business. The inspiration truly comes from wanting to help me live a healthier life. It is extremely rewarding helping people regain their health and active lifestyle back through the natural ways. I started my business in 2017 and made so many mistakes. Once realizing these mistakes, I stepped away from it to gain more knowledge and experience for the future. Peak Health solely came from being in the best shape that you can be in and how it is not easy to climb a mountain in regards to reclaiming your health naturally.
Q. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Ans : The best marketing that I have done is internal marketing. By providing great care to my patients and showing them that I actually care it generates a lot of referrals. For my external marketing I hired a company and delegated this work to them.

Ans : I took advantage of the housing market and sold my first home and used the capital from that to fund my business.Q. What is the best way to achieve long-term success? Grind. Keep working hard, don’t lose the fuel to the fire. Find something that you are absolutely obsessed with. If you are not crazy obsessed with it then it will be hard to achieve long term success.

Ans : I don’t have any one specific moment. It’s an accumulation of all the help that I have been able to provide for my patients.
Q. What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
Ans : I could probably write an essay on this. I would say the break through realization. Unless you come from a family of entrepreneurs you need this breakthrough realization. The system for teaching is designed to make you an employee. Even your family can condition you to have a steady job and “safety”. It’s similar to epigenetics in terms of health and wellness. You find safety in what your family does. The biggest difference is entrepreneurs realize that they can accomplish so much more by working for themselves instead of working for someone else.
Q. In one word, characterize your life as an entrepreneur.
Ans : Passion

My wife is also an entrepreneur which makes it easy for us to understand each other. We are great at time management ensuring that we have time for ourselves and our family.
Q. What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?
Ans : I don’t manage fear, I welcome it. If we aren’t constantly in fear, we will never grow. Growth happens in this area of our life. This is also another huge difference for entrepreneurs and non, they know growth happens in this area of “fear”. My greatest fear is growing quicker than I can hire for the right positions.
Q. How did you decide on the location for your business?
Ans : It was close to home.
Q. Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?
Ans : Nope, everyones success will be different. I do think there are things that can help ensure success. Dedication, gratitude, passion, healthy eating, exercise, and stress management among a few.
Q. What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?
Ans : Working for other doctors too long with promise of them allowing me to buy in or purchase this business.
