The list of questions we are asking are the ones most Public Relations company uses to prepare you before scheduling an interview.

Mandatory Questions –
• Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.
We are a pressure washing company, that also provides services for roof cleaning, window washing, epoxy flooring, and more. We like to consider ourselves a home improvement company.
• Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Both Cameron and Joe were briefly enrolled in college, Joe at Southern Illinois University and Cameron at Georgia Southern University. However, they felt that entrepreneurial endeavors better fit their individual callings. Joe has been in his field for 35 years now, and with Clark Painting for 32 years. Cameron started working for the company 10 years ago, growing up in the company, but has been fully committed since December 2017.
• What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Both of us worked in our industries while in high school and college. Eventually we switched to make those jobs our full time pursuits
• What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
1.Build a strong foundation for your company, don’t try to grow too fast.
2.Be goal oriented. Monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are a great way to stay motivated.
3.Develop processes and procedures. This will help with organization, training, and staying sane.
• What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
◦ Perseverance – Some days can get tiring and stressful but it’s important to keep on moving towards the goal.
◦ Patience – Things don’t always work out as planned right away, but staying patient that everything will work our just as it’s supposed to.
◦ Hard work – You have to be willing to hit the ground running and put your whole heart into it.
• How many hours do you work a day on average?
8-14 depending on the season.
• To what do you most attribute your success?
Gods faithfulness and a great network of friends with similar businesses.
• How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Building personal relationships has been the best marketing we could do. Putting ourselves out there, introducing ourselves to people while on the job, making ourselves known in the area.
• Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Much more systemized day to day. We may have a slightly larger service area, but primarily more concentrated in our current areas. Both Joe and Cameron will be out of the field day-to-day, focusing on managerial/sales tasks.
• What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Perseverance and dedication to the bigger mission, and never losing sight of your main passions.
• Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
