Ans: Stanley Vargas of Home Front Inspect is an industry leader that specializes in all aspects of Residential/Commercial Real Estate Inspection in Los Angeles, CA. Stan is an Orange County, CA native and graduate of Fullerton CSU, where he received a BA in Business Management.

Q: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans: Wanted to change the home inspection industry by setting higher standards.

Q: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Ans: Continue education.

Q: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Ans: Risk taker, commitment, positve mentality

Ans: 24-7, Dinner, breakfast, sleep

Ans: My life experiences, good or bad

Q: How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Ans: Everything that requires an investment, you’ve got to invest to reep the rewards

Q: Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?

Ans: Started business with only $2,500

Q: What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Ans: Set a goal, a 1 year goal, conquer it, then set a 5, conquer that one, that creates a natural life style, a successful one

Q: Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

Ans: The exact moment i am doing now, chasing, thinking about the next 5 years, always chase that uknown, in 5 years i wont see my self as i do now, i will see myself as something else but it will shape me as i continue to grow

Ans: The one that is on my next list to establish

Q: How important have good employees been to your success?

Ans: Everything

Q: How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?

Ans: If it doesn’t work the first time, try and try again, make it work or move on but don’t give up the first time

Ans: My happy customers and the growth of our business

Ans: If you want to expand your business it requires a lot of ideas, always expand imagination research research research

Ans: Accomplishing something better each and every time

Ans: You can do and run your business your own way, the way that feels right in your own mind

Ans: Getting that first phone call

Q: What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?

Ans: They feel comfortable being told what to do, when to work, those are the ones who work for someone else, they live someone elses dream or story, an entreprenour lives for hime self does not depend on anyone, does not want to feel comfortable, feeling comfortable is not productive, you must push yourself, push yourself for new ideas and ways to reinvest to grow

Q: What kind of culture exists in your organization? How did you establish this tone and why did you institute this particular type of culture?

Ans: I enjoy owning a small business, i can inject my ideas immedietly to take effect for any improvement where areas are lacking, now the goal is to grow 5 more streams of income, don’t stop on your first business,

Ans: Thrill

Ans: Done it sooner

Ans: People can depend on you and not the other way around

Ans: Fear keeps you alive, it helps you stay sane knowing you can conquer it whenver you set your mind to it, what a boring world without fear, wouldn’t give us an reason to overcome anything

Ans: Yes, try try again don’t give up, that pattern never fails
