Q. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
A. What inspired me to start my business was my creativeness outlooks on concepts I also believe that I could manage and train a large group of co workers to believe and support my aspiration’s
Q. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
A. Three words of advice that I would give to young entrepreneurs would be 1)Determination, making sure you set future goal(s) and doing whatever it takes to reach that goal(s). Motivation is how to get people to believe in your ideas and dreams so they can follow in your foot steps. Slow and steady, most young entrepreneurs want everything to happen over night and I found out the hard way rushing. I noticed that you can’t be superior in anything until you become the best at what you do.
Q. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
A. The top three skills to be a successful entrepreneur are motivation organization and determination.
Q. How many hours do you work a day on average?
A. On average I work 13 to 14 hours a day
Q. To what do you most attribute your success?
A. One of the things I would attribute my success to is setting short and long term goals and seeing yourself accomplish them and being able to put your mind towards something and succeeding.
Q. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
A. My most effective marketing process is networking myself and my ideas to others and letting them see my creativeness and originality.
Q. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
A. When I started my company I used my own capital that I saved up working the summers at an ice cream store seven days a week because I always knew I wanted to start my own company.
Q. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
A. The best way to achieve long term success is systems and rules, that everyone on your team need to obey by.
Q. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
A. I see myself in 5 to 10 years having a well established, well organized, and well trained company that will be able to handle whatever obstacles are thrown our way. The goals that we wish for will be accomplished with the highest level of success and also being able to give back my co workers and the community.
Q. Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?
A. The company that I admire the most is Brickman Landscaping, because they have been established for nearly 100 years and spread there company to over 39 states and everyday they are trying to better themselves and grow the business.
Q. How important have good employees been to your success?
A. Good employees is the biggest goal in my success I believe that your only as good as your weakest employee and while looking over my employees I know with great feeling that they are trying to better themselves everyday because they want to reach the same goal as I do.
Q. How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
A. I don’t believe in giving up unless you know you’ve tried your hardest and you believe in your heart that you can use your time more valuable somewhere else.
Q. What motivates you?
A. What motivates me the most is being able to reach a goal that many people never reach.
Q. What are your ideals?
A. My Ideals are fantasy and imagination, hoping that eventually it will all be a reality.
Q. How do you generate new ideas?
A. I’m able to generate new ideas by looking at something and being able to make changes and have it look better then it was done before.
Q. What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
A. My favorite aspirations of being an entrepreneur is being able to set a high goal and being able to reach that goal 99% of the time, I am not afraid to do whatever it takes to reach it. I also enjoy to do things on my time and putting the hours I want in and planing different strategies without having someone watch over my shoulder.
Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
A. My most satisfying moment in business was hiring my employees who are great people that are excellent at there job and share the same dream that I do.
Q. What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
A. I believe the major difference between an entrepreneur and the employees is the entrepreneur are almost always bigger risk takers and look at scenarios from different perspective and look far into the future.

A. The culture that exist in my company is work as a team and to care about your co workers like family.
