Q. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

A. I have always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. However, the decision to open my own law practice was dictated by the desire to practice law in my chosen way. I wanted to offer effective service while maintaining professionalism and ethics.

Q. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

A. First, I would recommend having the courage to start your own business because it can be a daunting task.  Second, I would suggest that you not lose your identity.
