You can pick the “For sale by owner” package for as little as $299 and your home will be listed on the local MLS for great exposure. Along with this package, you can use our A la carte menu to add additional services as needed. We also offer the “Full service” package at a discounted flat fee of $3,500, with this service, we will take care of your sale and you just enjoy the ride.

Real Estate Corners was found by Kal Mansour, I’m a licensed real estate professional, serving the state of Minnesota since 2001. With over 10 years working for a recognized name such as Coldwell Banker, I have become successful and knowledgeable Real-estate Broker whose confidence & personal integrity will easily win your Trust. I have been investing in Real-estate properties myself for years and have been involved in all Real-estate investing aspects & home restoration with good records of return on investment which I can pass my knowledge and expertise to my clients helping them to determine what projects need to be completed, ballpark costs, and whether it’s a good return on your investment or not.
Q – What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
After working so many years with big name broker, I found out that I could save the cut that was giving to the big company on each transaction I close and pass it to my clients and saving them thousands of dollars, therefore I decided to go on my own and open my brokerage to offer that saving. It’s really a win win situation, clients are happy with the service & the savings, and I’m happy with getting a bigger market share and adding more happy clients to my list.

Q – What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Q – How many hours do you work a day on average?
On average between 8-10 hours, but sometimes I need to make myself available after hours to meet client’s deadlines.
Q – To what do you most attribute your success?
Paying attention to details, listening to client’s needs, and taking the extra mile for them.
Q – How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Besides marketing on Google platforms and social media, one of the best marketing tools is the word of mouth, you do a good service to clients that you have, you will get a lot of referrals from them.
Q – Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
I started this company with a little capital from my saving account, but I kept fulling the business day after day and still doing so.
Q – What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
I would say that you need to set a small short term goals that lead to the long term ones, and once you achieve the short term goals, think that you are a step ahead towards your big goal. No doubt that you could face some turbulence along the way but keep your focus and try to get back on track.
Q – Where do you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
We are growing year after year and working hard to get a big market share the next five years by offering 5 stars service and save thousands of dollars to our clients.

I have a very good experience with T-Mobile customer service, they listen, show concern, and know how to work out the problem, and that is my role model of business.
