Ans :- Poseidon Charters is a Charter company like no other. We are a luxurycharter at an everyday price. We are based out of Tampa Bay and our charters and excursions go all over Tampa Bay.

Ans :- Both Hunter and Bryan come from a marketing Background. Hunter is from Arkansa and has had several successful business ventures, one being in the outdoor televisionindustry. Hunter has produced several shows that have been broadcast throughout the world. Bryan is from Florida and have been fishing Tampa Bay every since he was a kid. Bryan played baseball in college and worked for the Coca Cola Company in sales and marketing. The love of the outdoors and fishing brought Hunter and Bryan together to start this company.
Q :- What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans :- The love of the outdoors and fishing brought Hunter and Bryan together to start this company. Before ever meeting, Bryan and Hunter had visions of owning a charter business. When they met and realized that they both had an interest, the wheels started turning and the business was formed. Hunter already had a logo and name for the company so it was easy to get the ball rolling
Q :- What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans :- It takes a lot of courage and dreams to take the leap of faith- It is all worth the work- It will pay off in the long run
Q :- What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans :- you have to be a Dreamer- you have to not give up- Be honest and have integrity in everything you do
Q :- How many hours do you work a day on average?
Ans :- right now we are working about 12 to 14 hours a day ( it is hard work)

Ans :- Our work ethic. Never giving up.

Ans :- Social Media is huge these days. You have to get your name out there.

Ans :- We are self financed. Saving your money and having great credit will get you a long way.

Ans :- One step at a time. Don’t get ahead of yourself. Set small goals and tackle them one goal at a time.
Q :- Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans :- We hope to have at least 5 boats doing charters and hope to take the Charter business into other places like the East coast and down south to Miami.

Ans :- Good employees make or break your company. Luckily we have a rock star captain. He is honest and is a very hard worker

Ans :- I don’t like the word give up. If we go with a marketing idea and after a few weeks, it doesn’t work, we will tweak it or go in a different direction. but we don’t give up on anything.
