Ans: We are a Security and Fire Integration Company that handles everything Security, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Surveillance, Fire Extinguisher, Video Intercoms, Fire Suppression and Kitchen Rangehood System. From design, installation, service and maintenance we are your turn key provider in the Midwest.
Q 2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans: Trey has been in the Low Voltage Security industry since June 1997 and spent the first 13 years of his career in Seattle Washington. With his previous office located directly across the street from the Microsoft campus he has had the opportunity to get software and components in the early development stages. Trey started in the industry as a Technician, Project Manager, Service Manager and Operations Manager over several offices located in Washington, Utah and Alaska. Trey has successfully managed thousands of projects throughout the Nation. In 2010 Trey moved his family to Central Nebraska in search of a better place to raise his family. In 2013 Trey and Bob decided it was time to start their own destiny and created Integrated Security Solutions, LLC. From that day forward, getting back to the service roots, ISS has taken care of thousands of new customers protecting their loved ones, investments and property. Truly standing by our motto, “Your Safety is Our Passion”.
Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: Protecting and getting back to taking care of individuals’ property & loved ones to ensure they are well taken care of if the time comes. Driving the industry standards and getting back to the true roots of what Security and Fire Integrators are supposed to be about.

Ans: Always bet on yourself. Admire your competition. Allways go a step ahead of “standard”.

Ans: Drive, Learning from Mistakes and Attention to all details.

Ans: Being a “Sponge” of all knowledge available to me, even if it’s not my current position and learning. Always volunteer for opportunities. Even the less than ideal ones.

Ans: None, self starters and funded our own endeavor.

Ans: Learn and be acceptable of change.

Ans: The moon. Sky is the limit and as long as people need Security and FIre Alarm solutions, we will be doing everything we can to ensure safety and piece of mind.

Ans: Microsoft. Seeing it start from the beginning and driving a product that affects every individual in professional, educational and personal lives, the world is a much different place because of a couple peoples “idea” that blossomed how we do our daily tasks each day.

Ans: Most important. Teams make the company. A good company is filled with great employees.

Ans: Opportunity and drive. Its ok to not be an entrepreneur. It is not for everybody nor does everyone have the time/effort to put in what it takes to make it work.

Ans: Open doors. We might as well not even have doors on our offices. Stay transparent and open to all new ideas.
