1 – Q) Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

A) Locally owned and operated for over 40 years, in Austin, Texas.

42 Mechanical services heating and air conditioning needs for both residential and commercial customers. We also provide commercial refrigeration services.
We are located in Austin, TX.

We keep the process clear and simple so you can make the best choice for your home or business. The first step is for us to come out and identifying what’s causing the problems you’re experiencing. Not everything is an emergency, and some problems can be addressed in more than one way. We lay out options that fit with different budgets and timelines. There’s no pressure. We want you to feel the freedom to make the best choice for your home or business. Whether it means fixing the problem that day or waiting till later, you’re in charge of the next steps. Ultimately, we do want the problem fixed that lets you get back to life or work. Most of the time we’re fixing the issue the same day we come out to diagnose it.

2 – Q) Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

A) 42 Mechanical was started by Robert Dellinger and his son Bob Dellinger over 40 years ago and is powered by the expertise of highly trained professionals that are licensed and insured, so we do the right things, for the right reason, every time.

3 – Q) What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

A) 42 Mechanical is all about making a difference

We offer previously incarcerated people a workplace where they can grow. We do it by offering mentoring, which helps with soft skills, and support by celebrating small wins. We believe that a supportive work environment that allows people to make mistakes so that we can use those mistakes as a learning lesson is key to helping people grow confident about their future.

At 42, we believe in bringing refreshment, not just to your home and business, but also to our community. Everyone has made mistakes. We as a community must come alongside those who are ready to drink from a different well; a well of hope, encouragement, and change. We believe we are called to help bring a refreshing change in these individual’s lives, which in turn bring positive impact to our local community.

4 – Q) What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

A)  *Passion & Purpose: Start with a clear purpose and passion for what you do. It will drive you during the tough times and inspire those around you.
*Market Research: Before launching, conduct thorough market research. Understand the needs of your potential customers, the existing competition, and where you can carve out your niche.
*Networking: Build and nurture a network of mentors, peers, and professionals. They can provide advice, partnerships, or even potential clients.

A) Personal investment

A) Scale at a higher pace, higher more employees, give less fortunate people a second chance to build a name for themselves and their families and be the #1 company to bring positive impact in the local community
