A. Pest Control Xperts is a family owned company since 1995. We have been operating in Hudson County and have been in business to control and help with pest control issues. We are currently now servicing Middlesex and Monmouth counties.
Q. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
A. I have been managing and operating the business since the beginning. I am responsible to over see excellent customer service, quality pest control and raise awareness within the community. I have a degree in respiratory therapy and have implemented my knowledge in the health field in being aware of the importance and concerns of health implications involved in pest control.
Q. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
A. My inspiration began after learning about the importance of ones respiratory overall health. I am an outdoor person and learned about wildlife early in life. I believe in pest control and implementing proper precautions.
Q. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
A. My first advice would be to find something to be passionate about. My second advice would be to learn as much as possible about your business. The third would be to show the value and dedication you offer to customers.
Q. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
A. Clarity, organization, take action.
Q. How many hours do you work a day on average?
A. When you love what you do your time is part of your life and business however, pest control concerns are handled within an 8 and 40-hour workweek.

A. The dedication I put into my business, employees and the trust my customers have in me.

A. Word of mouth

A. I used my own capital and grew

A. Expanding and providing service in other areas in New Jersey

A. You are responsible for another person’s safety and training and when working for someone else the responsibility is on your employer to provide guidance and one is there to learn.

A. I have various ethnic and cultural backgrounds; in today’s world, all employees provide the same customer and quality service.
