Q 1 – Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

Ans- John Medina is the owner and founder of John Medina Buys Houses, he’s bought over $25 million dollars of real estate since 2013. Before my Real Estate career I was a plumbing contractor for 22 years. This business taught me how to manage projects and work with people. I attended trade school and have also taken numerous hours of training for my Real Estate business.

Q 3 – What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans- My plumbing business was successful and I had some cash I wanted to invest in Real Estate for long term cash flow. So I started buying courses on line and attending weekend seminars. Through my passion for constant learning and the thrill of starting something new I decided to switch careers.

Q 4 – What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Ans- 1)Study and hone in on what you want to do.

2)Work hard and smart.

3) Never give up in till you get what you want.

Q 5 – What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Ans- 1)Passion for learning.

2) Define your purpose.

3)Make up your mind on what it is you want and do it today.

Q 6 – How many hours do you work a day on average?

Ans- I average about 10 yours a day.

Q 7 – To what do you most attribute your success?

Ans- Dedication, hard work, knowing what I want, knowing how to get it and faith in God.

Q 8 – How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Ans- We market in many different ways. We use Google PPC, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Ring less Voicemail, SMS Marketing, Cold Calling and Mail.

Q 9 – Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?

Ans- My money came from good old fashion savings, Lines of Credit and Credit Cards. We do have Investors who loan us private money on the houses we buy.

Q 10 – What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Ans- Persistence, Dedication and Faith

Q 11 – Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

Ans- I see my self in 5 years with a Smooth, Lucrative, Fun, Thriving Business. We will have a staff of Rock Stars with a fully systematized business. My position in the company will be on a part time basis and it is going to free me up to conquer my goals in helping people all over the world.

Ans- I can not thing of one company in particular that I admire. I can say that I admire people who are changing the world in a positive way.

Ans- What motivates me is trying to do the right thing in my life. My goal is to be the best person I can be and treat people fair.

Q 14 – What are your ideals?

Ans- This is a hard question I have so many. The one idea that I have at the moment is that I want to change the world in a positive way. I want to empower people to rise above their expectations of themselves and do extraordinary things in life. It all starts with the youth.I want to be able to give my time and money to make this happen.

Ans- Having enough time to spend with your family and be present with them.

Ans- Having the freedom to give back to people. With my time and money.

Ans- Hard working and striving to be the best that we can be.

Ans- Exciting

Ans- Nothing. I have learn from every mistake and victory.

Ans- Not being able to provide for my family. The way I manage this is by staying on top of the finances and lots of Prayers.
