- We are women owned and operated for 11 years now. We perform all engine and related mechanical repairs . We have won the readers choice awards all 11 years. We have a 4.5 star rating on the internet. We have an “A” rating with the BBB. most cars are repaired the same day. We offer shuttle service home/ work. our repairs come with a standard warranty of three years or 36000 miles which ever comes first for both parts and labor. This warranty is offered nationwide!
Kindly give us a brief description about yourself.
- Christine Jones: I have been in this type of business for 27 years. I started at Montgomery Wards 1.8 yrs.. Moved to Toyota for 10 yrs. Then over to Mercedes Benz 4.2 yrs. I earned a masters certification through both Toyota and Mercedes Benz for customer service and management.
What inspired you to? How did the idea for your business come about?
- By accident. I was attending college across the street from the mall. I took on a part time job at Montgomery Wards after classes. While I was there I was offered a job with Toyota and stayed for 10 years. After Toyota, I was approached by a Mercedes Parts and service manager and offered a position with them. After about 4 years there I decided it was time to open my own business. And here I am.
What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
- Treat the customers as your friend. Help them out when you can and treat them with respect. Its the little things that you can do for them that makes the biggest impact.
What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
- Management, continued training and create a great support group.
How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
- Local newspaper and online search engine optimization.
What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
- A great support group and customer satisfaction
