Answer:-Dishout to tip out – We are a fully integrated Paperless tip distribution software. We are disrupting the status quo of how restaurants currently handle gratuities in an increasing digital world. We want to give time and money back to the hard working folks of the service industry. We are located in Huntington Beach Ca.

Answer:- I’m Vaughn Ackman
I have a wonderful wife Julie, 2 little girls, Presley and Reagan, 8 and 4 respectively. We love wine, food and people.
I have a BA in Journalism from Cal State Long Beach.
Steve and I have worked and owned restaurants for our entire professional Career. I broke off from restaurant management after 10 years in the game and took a sales position with Sysco Foods. There I spent the past 13 years climbing the corporate ladder culminating with over seeing nearly a billion dollars in sales and leading a sales team of 120 wonderful people.
Question:-What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer:- One day Steve approached me with an idea he had solving the great cash tip distribution issue within his restaurants. We had a very close working relationship with Sysco and his restaurants, and we became friends outside of a business environment. He said he needed help developing his idea and launching it to the industry to help others with the same mind bending issues he was having. The rest is history.
Question:-What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Answer:- Go all in – if you believe in your product or idea, most likely others will as well.
Be prepared for pain – anything worth having is probably going to be hard to get.
Get help – you don’t know everything
Question:- What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Answer:- I don’t know – let me know when you find out.
Question:- How many hours do you work a day on average?
Answer:- When there is something to do, I do it. I’m always working – I don’t clock in and out.

Answer:- Support from the people who matter.

Answer:- We see our business as the must have software for anyone starting or growing a hospitality based business. I see myself working on making it better.
