Ans: My name is Kerry Morris and I have been in the Carpet Cleaning Business for over 26 years.
My Brother, Kelly and I started Clean-Master in 1993.
Q. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: I was working as an employee and I wanted to start my own business. My uncle had been in the Carpet Cleaning Industry for years, I bought a carpet cleaning machine from him and my brother & I went knocking on doors. And that’s how it all started.

Ans: Know your business, Provide excellent customer care, treat your employees well.

Ans: Business skills, people skills, management skills

Starting out with newspaper adds and flyers. Now it is the internet namely Google.

Ans: My own savings and bank loans.
