Answer: Jeff has been in bodybuilding off and on since his teen years, has certifications from NASM for both fitness nutrition specialist and behavior change specialist. Ronda has a bachelors degree in business administration, and holds a NASM certification in fitness nutrition specialist. We’ve been in the supplement and nutrition business for a decade and previously owned a gym.
Question: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer: Through meeting new connections, always having a passion for supplement/health industry and seeing a growth potential in a new franchise at the time. Being in a point in life where we were ready for a life change.

Question: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Answer: Get out of your own mind. The road is full of ups and downs, learn, grow and keep pushing.
Question: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Answer: Creativity, taking action, time management.
Question: How many hours do you work a day on average?
Answer: We work around the clock! Since we can support our clients from anywhere, we usually are working throughout the day and night and you can find us in our store Monday-Saturday.
Question: To what do you most attribute your success?
Answer: Positive mindset, perseverance and self development. Working through your obstacles and learning and moving forward.
Question: How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Answer: Client success stories and sharing knowledge. We believe inabundance and serving others and our ultimate goal is for our clients to reach Phase 5 of their journey where they can influence and inspire others to live healthier.
Question: Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Answer: Business partners and savings and reinvesting.

Answer: Always having a mind of creativity over competition. Offer your talents and serve others and the success will follow.

Answer: This is probably the #1 thing that keeps customers coming back is our customer service.

Answer: Depends on the potential of this idea and the impact. We’ve been building and fighting for our business for a decade so never give up too early!

Answer: Reaching goals and really being able to make a difference in someone’s life. Seeing clients feel better.
