Ans : We are a home improvement business specializing in exteriors improvements like replacement windows, exteriors doors, siding, and patio covers.
Located at 91-489 Komohana Street, Unit B, Kapolei, HI 96707 (Oahu)
and have offices in Santa Rosa, Sacramento, San Diego, Fresno and Bakersfield CA.
Q.2 Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans : Tom Orr Owner/Founder. Here is a bio I wrote a while ago: Born and raised in the Bay Area. Tom graduated from Branham H.S. and went to West Valley College where he decided to get into construction and “Earn while he learned”. He started with Sears in 1985 and then in 1989, he met his wife at a wedding in Santa Cruz. At the time Tom was living in Sunnyvale and she was living in Sacramento, but they hit it off so well, she eventually moved to Sunnyvale. That same year, he got a job with a Sacramento based company that was just starting out in San Jose. Eventually Tom and his wife moved to Sacramento to work at the main office. On September 15th, 1990 the two were married and had their 1st born Monique in 1991. Tom and his new bride bought their first house in Sacramento that year and he was now officially a “family man”. In 1996 Madison was born at which time the couple decided to head for the hills and moved to Camino. Monique graduated from Cal Poly in 2013 and Madison started at Montana State University Fall 2014
Q.3 What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans : I decided that I could provide a better service for less cost without all of the “salesmanship”. I try to approach every job with integrity and honesty
Q.4 What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans : Be honest, do what you say you’re going to do and make sure that you truly know your craft
Q.5 What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans : Work harder than you ever thought possible 🙂 Know your craft and provide excellent customer service

Ans : 10HRs

Ans : Excellent customer service by never taking on more than I can handle.

Ans : Radio and Google/Website
Q.9 Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans : My Dad left me $10K dollars when I was 28. I always turned around and invested any profit back into the business. I’ve always been the venture capitalist.

Ans : Do what you do best, don’t over extend yourself and always look for new opportunities.
Q.11 Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans : I want us to be a $40 million a year business that provides for happy employees and is viewed as having integrity and honesty in the community
