A: Duracable Manufacturing is a company that makes and distributes drain cleaning equipment to sewer and drain cleaning professionals as well as plumbers, property management, janitorial, and other companies that provide drain cleaning services. We are located in West Des Moines, IA and have been in business since 1981. All of our products are manufactured in our facility in West Des Moines.

A: We are a firm believer is customer service. We are the experts in our industry and are willing to invest time with our customer to ensure they receive the equipment that they need to be successful.

A: We utilize traditional marketing forms such as direct mail and publications as well as e-mail marketing, word of mouth, and targeted efforts with online advertising. We find the digital marketing efforts have more immediate and measurable return.
Q. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture? :
A: We are a sister company of Roto-Rooter Company which is a subsidiary of Chemed. We DO NOT publish that Roto-Rooter and Duracable are sister companies.

A: We continue to expand our business by reaching new customers and look at new methods of distribution of our products including private label.
