Ans: At an early age and with my wood working abilities, I was approached to join a painting crew for summer work. My talents and eye for detail quickly gained referral business. Ans: You need a plan with goals that are measurable.
Q 11. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans: In the short-term, I plan to keep a steady operation with slow growth that includes cross-training key employees so that in the longer-term future, I can operate my business without daily direction.
Q 12. Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?
Ans: I admire a relative’s business in the technology field. I have watched him go from a completely different business in the auto industry to watch him explode into a publically traded corporation in the technology field. It has been incredible to see this first hand. The strategy, the management, the people and the deals. Every entrepreneurs dream. Build a business, have the business take off. Make good decisions.
