You would always like those handbags at first look which are not in budget. Finally, you end up getting handbag which is in budget but, actually doesn’t fascinate you at first look. That’s where “sybaritic bags” comes in .Our Motto is to bring those high quality and fashionable handbags in very reasonable price so, it becomes cup of cake for each and every person. “Sybaritic bags” is located in Newark, DE.

Ans: “Sybariticbags” are started by young and enthusiastic professionals. Both owners Gunjan Kamdar and Himal Rami are born and brought up in India. They moved to USA after graduating from Pharmacy schools in India. Gunjan is a pharmacist and works for “Walgreens Pharmacy”. Himal is a Pharmacy Intern and working hard towards her Pharmacist license. However, Himal’s interest in handbags and great designing senses & Gunjan’s Business passion led them to start this company. They started initially E-commerce business and got 100 % positive respond. That was enough for them to go for think bigger. Right now, they have a cart in famous Christiana Mall, Newark, DE with 4 employees. Also, Company is working hard to establish themselves as a supplier to other retail businesses.
Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: Himal had her family business run by her parents in Ahmedabad, India. From her childhood, Himal has been helping them in order to count inventories, sell handbags, to choose various latest designs, etc. Gunjan was very passionate about starting up his own venture for long time However; He was more focused initially for his pharmacist study. After, everything settled up with him, a brief discussion between Gunjan & Himal and with their parents led them to open this new venture.
Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans: The most important advice is to think more than twice before you take first step towards your goals & business. But, if you decide to take that step then never ever look back. You have to have faith in yourself in order to become successful. The three pieces of advice for everybody is think a lot before you make any move, work hard towards that & always have faith in yourself and never take step back because of any obstacles.

Ans: 15-16 hours/Day

Ans: I would attribute the firm’s success to continuous hardwork.
Q 8. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Ans: I would believe the marketing must be aggressive in order to get company’s success. Till now, the most successful form of marketing is just some discount coupon codes and the leaflets which you distribute.
Q 9. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans: It’s pretty brand new business. The company has just formed in October. The funding is just from Friends/Family. No other investors involved.
Q 10. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Ans: The long term success would only come from consistent hard work and planning. You would have to set up short term goals about your business and has to stick on that overcoming all the obstacles. For example, sybariticbags has planned to open their shops/carts at more location at certain time point. You would have to work hard and has to stick on your plans, too.
Q 11. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans: considering all hard & Self-confidence, I see around 100 in-line stores or carts in all famous malls of USA. Business should also be set up as well –known supplier for most of the retail business, too. Furthermore, sybaritic bag should be ranked within top 10 handbags brands in USA.

Ans: I would say “APPLE” is the most admirable company right now. High quality/technologies & exceptional customer service is the only key to grow your business. I think Apple is on the top of the list which provides best. When customer invests any money on you, they expect peace of mind after that and that’s what “Apple” has been doing.

Ans: Good employees are the only keys to success. I believe in simple logic that “take good care of your employees and they will take care of your business.”
Q 14. How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Ans: As I mentioned before, If I have some idea in my mind and if I have thought for twice that I would like to go for that then I never give up.
Q 15. What are your ideals?
Ans: Very great person & investor “Warren Buffett” is my ideal to make money and start a venture. But, From my childhood, The great sportsperson ( Cricketer) “Rahul Dravid” is the only ideal for my “consistent Hard work & patience.
