A: We are required by law to list all details of our products, such as the strain, date of manufacture, where it is coming from, any additional chemicals or additives, and weight.
Q: How can I obtain an Arizona Medical Marijuana Patient card?
A: Obtaining your Arizona Medical Marijuana Patient card is a 2-step process.
Step 1:
Please note that the State of Arizona does NOT accept out-of-state medical marijuana cards at this time and you must be a resident of Arizona to apply for a Medical Marijuana Patient card. You will need to receive a physician’s certification from your doctor. You can get this form from the Arizona Department of Health Services Medical Marijuana Website.
It is not uncommon for a physician to be unfamiliar with medicinal cannabis. Because of this, we recommend going to a certification center to become a certified patient. Step 2:
The next step is to file this with AZDHS. You can only do this if you have a qualifying condition and have received your physician’s certification. You can do this yourself or a Certification Center can do this for you. The AZDHS will need to approve your request. Once you are approved you can expect to receive your card in about 7 to 10 days.
