Q: Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.
A: Shine Medical Center is a Primary Care & Weigh Management Clinic located in
Hoffman Estates, IL. We understand primary care has became challenging with
the changes in healthcare settings. It is continuing to be more expensive, while
less accessible. Often times, you are seeing multiple providers for primary/ acute
care and unsure who to even talk to. Therefore, we wanted to establish this
center where we look forward to getting to know you as an individual, be
accessible, and partner with you in your care. Be truly your neighbourhood PCP!
With multiple platforms including in person and Telemedicine options, we strive
to provide quality primary care, improve overall wellbeing and reduce the risks of
complications/ hospitalizations. We cater to all your primary care needs including
Annual wellness visits, Acute/ sick visits, Chronic conditions management,
Weight loss services, Mental Health, Travel Medicine, Minor office procedures
