Ans: For over 25 years, Roskamp Leasing had been meeting the needs of the business community in the Cedar Valley and other areas throughout the State of Iowa. At the end of 2003, A. Miller Roskamp, founder and chief executive for both Roskamp Leasing and R&N Investments sold his interest in both companies. Subsequently, R&N Investment Properties was established to fill the void and take on the continued day to day operations. This new company provided a seamless transition for the existing customers while maintaining optimal customer service. Our office is conveniently located in Cedar Falls, IA.

Ans: David M Nordyke is co-owner and is the day-to-day manager of the business. David has been with the organization since 1989. As a former IBM Manager, David brings experience in computer systems, facilities management, and business management to the organization. He is an Alumni of Milwaukee School of Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
