The list of questions we are asking are the ones most Public Relations company uses to prepare you before scheduling an interview.

Q1 : Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.
Ans : We are all about making sure people have affordable and reliable support for their IT needs. We operate out of all Virginia Beach but go to all the 7 cities in Hampton Roads.
Q2 : Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans : I have been in IT for over 15 years. During this time, I have obtained my Associates Degree in Network Engineering. I have worked hard to gain several certifications for various IT subjects. I was in charge of Information Security for a major Fortune 500 company for several years before I moved back to Virginia Beach. After moving back I saw the need for honest support and took the opportunity to start Tekserve.
Q3 : What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans : My goals were clear: create a great customer experience, and build relationships with our customers, which allows us to offer creative and customized solutions to meet their particular needs. Continuous improvement, communication, honesty, and respect are essential to accomplish this.
Q4 : What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans : Go with your heart.

Ans : Hard work

Ans : I have tried several different forms such as door flyers, street signs, Google AD Words, Bing AD Words, and other online resources. The best way to get your name out there is word of mouth. Which means hard work and making sure you treat every customer right.

Ans : I saved up the needed money to start.

Ans : Your employees are the heart of the company. They are customer facing and play a vital role in customer retention. Therefore, they have played a major role as they have provided excellent support (technical and customer) to all our clients. This shows with are retention rate. Once you come to us you will never have to look for another company again.
Q2: How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Ans : No idea is a bad idea. Some just take longer to come to the light then others.
Q3 : What motivates you?
Ans : My family. Without them, I would be nothing. I want to set the best example and show my boys how to be the best person they can.

Ans : Brainstorming with lots of coffee. Watching the latest tech trends and finding new markets to reach out to.

Ans : It has given me the freedom to care for my boys that have special needs. I am able to go to appointments now and not worrying about my job or boss getting mad.

Ans : We learn from our mistakes and I have learned not to give up. If something does not work try it again, if then it does not work try something different. But never give up.
